Can you issue an invoice with a company tax ID?

We provide an official receipt (tax-exempt, suitable for expense reimbursement). If you need a formal invoice, please note your company name and tax ID in the order remarks.

What's the minimum order quantity for gift boxes?

Orders of 10+ enjoy bulk discounts; orders of 30+ are eligible for customization services — feel free to reach out!

Can you customize with a corporate/group logo?

For orders of 30+, we offer custom logo bands, gift cards, and more. Please order at least one month in advance, as production time increases with order quantity.

What's the shelf life of the tea gift boxes?

Per food safety regulations, the shelf life is 2 years unopened. Store in a cool, dry place away from moisture and sunlight. Once opened, reseal promptly and consume soon for the best flavor. Thank you!
