Wenshen Paochong Tea
Made from the Qingxin Oolong cultivar, this strip-style tea opens with a fresh floral aroma and gentle sweetness. Its smooth, light finish makes it especially enjoyable as a cold brew.
Alishan High Mountain Oolong Tea
Grown high in Ding Shizhuo amid misty mountain air, the slowly growing tea plants produce a soft, silky liquor. Tender aromas meet a full mouthfeel and a long, sweet aftertaste.
Tongding Oolong Tea
If high mountain tea is morning mist, Dong Ding Oolong is sunset’s charcoal glow. This rich-style Dong Ding follows traditional medium fermentation, refined through long, careful re-roasting. The fire tempers away rawness, drawing out roasted nuts, toasted rice, and ripe fruit depth. The liquor pours bright amber, smooth and thick, followed by the signature “Dong Ding throat” — bold, then endlessly sweet. Steady and long-brewing, a grounding classic.
Ruby Black Tea
Ruby Black Tea, cultivar TTES No. 18, is known for bold mint, cinnamon and fruity aromas. Its brisk structure rewards careful brewing and also works beautifully as a cold brew or milk tea.

Taiwanese Style Tiramisu
A Taiwanese reimagining of the classic Tiramisu. We replace traditional cocoa powder and coffee with roasted flour (Mian-cha) and Qingxin Oolong tea. House-made ladyfingers are gently soaked in rich tea broth, then layered with Italian Mascarpone cheese to create a beautiful, miniature mountain-shaped dessert.
Honey Lemon Tea Pound Cake
Taiwanese Qingxin Oolong tea powder meets local Chiayi honey and lemon, finished with a bright lemon glaze.
Seasonal Fruit Basque Burnt Cheesecake
Crafted with premium French Kiri cream cheese and paired with milky ice cream, this dessert infuses a touch of fresh lemon zest with the sweet and tart notes of seasonal fruits. Rich and velvety yet incredibly light and smooth, it orchestrates the most luxurious feast of seasonal flavors.
